Core responsibilities:
Develop overarching marketing strategy to build MSN brand awareness as well as develop marketing plans for each product lines based on solid market analysis and overall company business strategy.
Lead, direct and control all marketing policies, programs and activities that are consistent with organization's overall mission, vision and short & long-term business objectives.
Monitor, analyze & evaluate market trend, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and/or plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions;
Keep updated of the latest market trends and competitive landscape and develop company's market intelligence through leading internal and external marketing research efforts.
Develop and implement company’s overall strategic public relations to enhance company brand awareness which include media relations, community relations, internal communications and investor relations.
Lead crisis communications, approve media releases and Web content produced by staff, agencies and contractors.
Develop and maintain departmental budget. Lead, direct and develop a team of marketing and public relations.


Requirements/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing or relevant discipline preferred.
10+ years of hands-on, marketing experience, including 5 years+ of people management experience.
Experience in high-technology or internet industry is required. Very experience in understanding the advertising and media industry.
Excellent experience managing marketing communications with proven marketing leadership skills, and proven ability to create innovative, strategic, effective marketing campaigns that result in delivering business KPIs.
Experience working within or closely with multinational companies
Strong strategic thinking skills, creativity and innovation. Action- and results-orientation. Great at driving teams to superb execution.
Strong communication skills at all levels within the organization.
Excellent English application both oral and written.
