Job Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategy to build Bing brand awareness in China as well as develop marketing plans based on solid market analysis and Bing product strategy.
Execute the marketing plan within budget, manage marketing expense, and provide measurable marketing results.
Execute co-brand marketing resources exchange with Industry Partners to promote Bing homepage and Bing client. Close cooperation with Channel partner to drive Bing traffic.
Keep close communication with Bing product manager team on all marketing activities on a regular basis; receive and execute global marketing initiatives from accordingly with strong local input and localization in each campaign. Key to success will be effective and creative online/network campaigns.
Contribute to the team business reviews with corporate headquarters during mid year and annual scorecard reviews etc as requested.
Be search marketing thought leader in the company; keep updated of the latest market trends and competitive landscape and develop company's search market intelligence through leading internal and external marketing research efforts.
Requirements/Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on, marketing experience, in Search industry. Proven record in marketing results.
BA/BS degree in marketing or relevant discipline preferred.
Thorough understanding of marketing fundamentals, with the ability to strategize marketing practices and advise senior management with confidence.
Energetic person with great passion to bear pressure
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
English application both oral and written.
Experience in understanding the advertising and media industry.
Experience working within or closely with multinational companies preferred
