职位描述
Main responsibilities & duties:
Support the identification of Novel technologies through technology scouting and scoping activities that lead to preferred technical solutions that can be used in new or existing product offerings.
Work closely with colleagues in the UK to ensure projects are developed inline with global processes,procedures and policies.
Support the development of technology projects into early phase prototypes for consumer assessment / testing.
Develop a significant understanding of the 'consumer' in the North and South Asia regions and use this to identify unmet consumer needs.
Support activities and events that allow for the further understanding of consumer needs in the North and South Asia regions.
Use identified consumer needs to drive the creation of new products / product concepts.
Job requirements:
A good graduate degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent is expected
It is desirable that the individual has a working knowledge of Intellectual property within a FMCG business context.
Development experience within an FMCG environment is expected
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Technology development.
Fluent English speaking and literate
