Summary

The position is responsible for supporting Regional Logistics Manager, AP about supervise whole logistics operation including but not limited to product importation, warehouse management , physical goods deliveries, etc, in close coordination with sales office, dealers warehouse within the region and HQ logistics team.

Key Responsibility

· Daily logistic work for import service, L/C & warehouse management to support the regional operation smoothly & successfully.

· Purchase Order Processing – closely communication with Corporate team to ensure local requirement and needs are being addressed. Work closely with Commercial department & Service department to place purchase order for all including equipment, disposable and spare parts in Oracle timely & accurately. Prepare relevant shipping documents to inter-company oversea and local governments, supervise the import agent company’s Customs declaration and track the shipment status to ensure the purchasing cycle run smoothly & successfully. Arrange L/C contract.

· Execute the importation orders.

· Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse.

· Supervise the domestic distributors’ order process.

· Execute Distributor rebate practice and sales team incentive practice

· Create logistics monthly dash board and other report for business analysis and support.

· Other projects and ad hoc assignment.

· Timely importation and trade compliance ability

· Timely sales order processing and physical goods deliveries to wholesalers.

· Effective monitoring logistics operational processes & compliance

· Effective communication with marketing, sales and finance team.

Requirements

· At least 4-5 years' working experience in international company

· University graduate or above, major in Logistic, International Trading etc.

· Oracle ERP system experience preferred

· Result oriented and may require off-hours conference call to get thing accomplished.

· Be a team leader. Have good Project Management skills in driving project for result

· Willing to work under pressure

· Problem solving skill and work independently
