SUMMARY

The Accountant is responsible for processing staff T&E report and bank reconciliation in an accurate and timely fashion for all Asia Pacific legal entities.

_{KEY RESPONSIBILITIES}

l In charge of Haemonetics Asia Pacific Employee T&E report processing; audit employee T&E report, ensure T&E claims are in compliance with Global Travel Policy.

l Keep update knowledge on the policy and communication update to all employees

l Arrange T&E payment settlement to staff (via ebanking)

l Distribute settlement notification to staff

l Prepare monthly Travel Expense Management report

l Complete bank reconciliations for all bank accounts in Asia Pacific before monthly closing. Investigate and follow up with relevant parties to clear the outstanding items from the reconciliation.

l Handled daily banking activities in relation to maintenance and execution of all local SAFE requirements; collect related information from SAFE.

l Support annual internal and external audit.

l Complete Worldwide Bank Balance file update

l China VAT invoice automation management and back-up documentation checking including Oracle invoice; Sales order, contract, VAT invoice, warehouse release voucher matching and filing.

l Closing of dormant sub-ledgers (based on duty of segregation)

l Daily petty cash management in China

l Accounting book and ledger filing, and other administration assignments

l Support process improvement

l Other ad hoc project needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED

1. At least 2 years' working experience in international company

2. University graduate or above, major in Accounting

3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin

4. Oracle ERP system experience preferred

5. Willing to work under pressure, pay attention to details and with good time management skill

6. Honest, integrity, team player, Self-motivate and positive attitude
