_SUMMARY

Develop, communicate and direct implementation of marketing activities for TEG business in China. Provide marketing leadership helping to drive and deliver the execution of marketing plans, including expert product technical support to sales and marketing organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & execute the marketing plan for TEG product in China. This includes marketing plans to set the strategic direction in terms of positioning, pricing and promotional strategies & tactics. Assist in the implementation of those plans in local markets
• Management of product line (product definition, launches, promotion). Conduct market analysis to support the market development of new products
• Participate actively in supporting the key accounts development. Develop core programs to be implemented at local country level.
• Develop China reference centers and support advocates development to be our KOLs, organize scientific meetings, experience sharing forum & video shows
• Provide "train-the-trainer" trainings and product demonstrations to employees, distributors & customers, build & maintain expert product knowledge. Develop standardize training materials and qualification process.
• Manage the product change process, consistently and effectively communicate appropriate product, market, clinical, competitive information to field organization
• Meet with customers regularly to assess market needs, as well as to maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders
• Act as a key liaison with global organization on product related enquiries, issues handling and requests. Local organization should direct the mentioned communication to regional marketing and global related org.
• Well understand the competitors and know how to position our TEG technology in this high potential market with strategic view.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Bachelor degree holder

2. Master in Science preferred

3. +7 years in sales and marketing in healthcare

4. Solid product management experience

5. Field sales experience preferred

6. Must be able to travel for up to 50% of time
