This team is supporting the development and QA of Oraclenext generation Application product - Fusion Applications. The team members arelocated in US, India, UK, Australia and China, and we are now looking for a fewSenior level DBAs in, Beijing,. You will work with the DBAs across the world toprovide the DBA support for Oracle Fusion APPS development.

This job provides a unique opportunity to work on the leading edge technology -Fusion Middleware Stack (including Weblogic, Business Intelligence, IdentityManagement, Webcenter, Enterprise Content Management, etc), Exadata / Exalogicand Oracle VM (for cloud/SaaS environments).

Brief Posting Description
Work with a world class team to provide enterprise-wide, Oracle Database Administration support for production systems and provide DBA services to application development teams, including database design, database generation, coding, and database production support. Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to ensure user productivity.

Detailed Description
Provide Development and/or Production support. This includes creating primary database storage structures, designing and creating primary objects, modifying database structure as necessary for enhancements or performance, creating documentation, designing interfaces, database objects, and creating plans. Monitor and optimize performance of the database, plan for backup and recovery of the database, and allocate system storage and plan future storage needs. Create database-related scripts and programs to support development and production environments. Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend, and plan implementation of new or improved RDBMS, ETL and database tools.

Job Requirements
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years of experience supporting relational databases as a DBA, with multiple distributed relational DBSM*s or a depth and focus in Oracle and related tools. Exposure and practice at using the DBMS to optimize performance of large databases for enterprise use is preferred. Experience with an organization with a key 24 X 7 reliance on its database is desirable. BS or equivalent desired.

JobResponsibilities:
1.To be the technical lead and debug various environments issues independently.Needs to lead some projects as well
2. Install, configure, patch and support Fusion APPS databases and Fusion Middlewarestacks
3.Perform day-to-day database administration and ensure integrity, security andavailability of applications environments.
4.Work with US and Indian team members to ensure a smooth task handover acrossdifferent regions
5.Fix environment-related bugs filed by the developers
6.Develop scripts to automate functions, processes and monitor databaseperformance using EM

Job Qualification:
1. BS/MS any computer science related major.
2. At least 7 years of experience as Oracle DBA administering 10G, 11G(including RAC).
3. Strong communication and coordination skills. Fluent English speaking skillsand solid English writing skills
4. Strong ability to work well under pressure on multipleprojects and able to get the assignment done independently
5. Experience of performing database management including: monitoring, backup,data recovery, performance tuning, etc.
6. Strong SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting skills
7. Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Middleware (e.g Weblogic)
8. Good understanding of Linux and Oracle Virtual Machine is a plus
9. Experience with tools ( Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer, etc )
