Principal Responsibilities:主要职责

Conduct contracts management, filing, and maintaining records of all contracts and agreements carried out, updating contract information, follow up execution actions according to milestones; 合同的执行,合同档案的管理,更新合同信息, 跟踪合同的实施.
Coordinate with area managers in contract execution. Assist finance in preparing monthly commentary reports and quarterly budget and forecast reports, prepare PowerPoint monthly report finance part. 和地区经理协调合同执行,协助财务部准备月计划，季计划报告并且是ppt形式。
Conduct project review, assist finance in risk and opportunities forecast. 协助项目的审查，协助财务部的将会遇到的风险及机会预测
Follow up A/R, coordinate relevant parties to control A/R to minimum。跟踪应收，统筹最大限度的应收。
Contact SECs as well as relevant parties to clarify overdue account payables。弄清相关团体的过期付款情况。
Contact colleagues in Guangzhou on contract fulfillment, account visability as well as receipt & payment。和广州办事处沟通关于合同事宜，以及账目的应收应付的问题。
Monitor customer payments against due date; contact customers for on-time payments。掌控客户的付款情况，联系客户的及时付款情况。
Join contract / project negotiations with customers on commercial side, decide contract terms according to LP Amina directives.作为商务参加项目谈判，并且参与条款的制定。
Attend tendering & bidding with area managers, perparing commercial section of bidding documents.和地区经理参加招投标，并且准备商务方面的投标文件。
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES: 经验和能力要求：

B.A. Degress or above in international trade or accounting;大学本科以上学历
Excellent in Excell 熟练运用办公软件
Above 3-5 yrs working experience in contract (project) fulfillment, experience in project management is a plus 三至五年的工作经验，有项目管理方面经验者优先
Experience in tendering and biding in China untility market;有招投标经验者优先
Skillful in contract negotiation.熟练合同谈判
