岗位职责：
1.Responsible for all manufacturing IT systems deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade & support including integration with WAN, LAN, firewall, associated HW / SW, etc. to support site Perso Systems / Application operations.

2.Maintain high level availability of all IT systems in Gemalto Shanghai factory ? Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.

3.Drive Implementation & Practice of Standard Operation Procedures in key areas (HW , Application , Certification support processes etc)

4.Ensure cooperation with regional and global IT Departments in order to follow Gemalto’s worldwide IT expertise and guidelines

5.Support IT security audits; maintain a high standard of IT security; Support and compliance with various audits requirements related to IT such as AMEX,JCB, Visa, Master, etc.

任职资格的具体描述：
1.3-5 years of proven experience in mission critical IT Operations & End-User Support envs

2.Strong skills and experience in VMWare (ESX Platforms), MS Windows Operations & Support

3.Good knowledge & experience to operate & manage SAN & associated HW components

4.Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies & with hands-on experience in mid-size envs

5.Knowledge of IT Security and exposure to IT audit will be an advantage

6.Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems & project management skills ? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

7.Good analytical, presentation and reporting skills

8.Self-motivated and good communication skills

9.Efficient problem solver & Good service oriented manner
