职位描述
岗位描述/ Job description:
1. 协助市场部经理，处理日常信息搜集，表格更新，机票查询等工作；
2. 会议协助，联系专家，安排会务，包括机票，住宿，酒店等事宜；
3. 每月样本入库，存档；
4. 前台接待，快递收发；
5. 处理公司行政类事宜，包括更新员工内部通讯录，补假申请，文具管理等；
6. 负责办公场所的设施维修并做好物业相关的发票整理，提交；
技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
大专及以上学历，待人热情，沟通能力好。应变能力强，有行政助理或市场部助理经验者优先。
实习生：一周保证3天以上
见习生：上海户籍，26周岁以下
实习期/见习期：4个月 (4月下旬-8月中旬）
