As Flagship Store Manager your will manage all aspects of the stores which including sales, inventory, merchandising, customer servicing and team management, in line with the commercial strategy approved by the management and always within the standards of image and services worldwide.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be degree holder and preferably in business/management related discipline. Candidates must have minimum 6 years experience in retailing, service industry or luxury products retail, in which at least 2 years in managerial positions. Hands on experience in stock control, merchandising and display, an understanding of store financial report and budget. Candidates must have good people management skill, training & coaching skill, strong leadership. Good command of English and Chinese is also the criteria we look into.
