Your role will oversee and manage retail stores and lead the team to achieve their personal and group objectives and sales targets. And ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of staff, housekeeping of the store, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all retail stores.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be degree and good command of English and Chinese. Candidates must have minimum 8 years experience in retailing, service industry or luxury products retail,in which at least 2 years in managerial positions. Candidates must be result oriented and with strong business and fashion sense, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
