MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Reporting to the Country Manager, on all matters that involves all the brands of Inditex that have business presence in the country. It is responsible for implementing the plans established by the company to achieve sales and operational goals of customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability in all the brands. This involves supervising the store managers in the region.
Your main duties will be:
Providing assistance and follow-up to on compliance of all store procedures and policies, helping the Commercials and Managers to take decisions in any area of store management: merchandise, people management, budget control, store image and sales and stock controls.
Training and overseeing the development of new store managers.
Communicating decisions and initiatives to store managers.
Providing special support to managers in the opening of new stores.
It is the primary interface between corporate headquarters in the country and the stores, and coordinates accurate information flow in both directions.
PROFILE: A minimum of 2 years experience managing a group of stores in fashion retail
PERSONAL PROFILE& CAPABILITIES: Inititative. Flexibility. Good people skills. Decisive and autonomous. Highly motivated and focused.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
University degree
Postgraduate studies in Business Adm. Will be valued
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent local language and English
Spanish would be a plus.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE:
PC skills (MS Office, user level)
