Job Description and Responsibilities
· Responsible for design,development and porting of PCIe drivers to customer platforms (embedded networking).
· Work directly with developersto bring up the PCIe interface on the chip.
· Work directly with hardwaredevelopers for design, qualification and documentation of the boards
· Debug software issues in WLANdrivers that interface over the PCIe interface
· Familiar with optimizing driverover PCIE and tradeoffs.
Skills & Qualifications
· PCIE expertise is required.
· Working knowledge with PCIeanalyzers LecRoy/Tektronix/Agilent.
· Candidate should have 5-10years of experience in software designing and supporting networking or wirelessdrivers
· Working knowledge of IOdevices, UART and flash interfaces.
· Working knowledge ofpipelining, various flow control methods and low power techniques.
· Strong written and oralcommunication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor degree in EE or CSrequired. Masters preferred.
· At least 10 years of experiencewith at least 3-5 years in networking environments.
