职位描述
受某跨国公司委托，招聘Training Manager，具体描述如下
Daily Responsibility:
1. Develop multi-session training agenda according to clients’ time slot ;
2. Coordinate with Company University to deliver standard training course ;
3. Collect , analyse and consolidate training requests from each department ;
4. Collaborate with Company University consultant to identify , design and deliver training programs to support business initiatives, and track result of all training activities to ensure cost – effective and training effectiveness;
5. Work closely with QA to collect ongoing feedback and customize training;
6. Coordinate with language trainer to develop multiple language version training;
7. Foster and promote learning culture in the organization in order to meet current and future development needs of the employees;
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirement:
1. BS degree
2. 3+ years internal trainer and training management working experience
3. Good Training skill and trainer certificate is preferred
4. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
