Sales Director – Industrial
On behalf of large Global Energy MNC, we are looking for a very strong Sales Leader with strong personality with the ability to lead 100 people Sales team (one billion RMB revenue), and also have the develop into General Management roles later on.

The role is based in the HQ in Shanghai, and as Sales Director, you are member of the China senior Management Team, and reports to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead key account sales activities; negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales; and supervise customer service efforts in order to ensure sales activities meet annual targets.
? In corporation with the head of business development, develop and build new business areas and activities
? Formulate programs and incentives for dealers.
? Provide strong leadership and build and maintain a strong team.
? Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback, mentor, develop and motivate; and resolve people/functional issues in the sales unit when necessary in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talents.
? Actively support the business development department in developing, launching and promoting new products and solutions.
? Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with your regional sales managers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to manage cash flow
? Develop and implement annual budget plan; prepare sales forecast and manpower plan; establish targets for sales area and allocate them to subordinates; develop sales unit expense budget; monitor the performance of sales teams against these goals; and adjust sales strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to achieve annual sales targets, goals and plan.
? Create and maintain relationships with high level managers at key accounts in order to maintain a good relationship with customers.
? Maintain and develop good relations with dealers, authorities, main contractors and other relevant stakeholders

The ideal qualifications
? University degree - solid management/leadership training is a plus
? Fluent in oral and written both Chinese & English
? A minimum of 15 years industrial sales experience
? A minimum of 10 years senior management experience
? Strong leadership and people management skills
? Strong execution and result driven
? Strategic mind-set while can also balance well the short term and long term benefits
? Holistic understanding, Customer focused, Communication and Influencing skills
