HR Business Partner - Shanghai
Our Client is the world’s leading energy efficiency company looking for an experienced HR professional to take the role as HR Business Partner of Commercial China.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead the processes by closely partnering with business leaders for organization design, organization review, headcount planning and status tracking
? Provide business leaders value-added advices & solutions on people related topics with up-to-date knowledge, rich experience, strong people insight and customer orientated mindset;
? Responsible for the employee on-boarding-move-exit cycle
? Responsible for employee relationship through effective communication and coaching,
? Provide HR daily operation support and program customization to assigned function by closely working with share service and other HR members.
? Act as one of the key players in HR management team for strategy mapping, target setting, action planning and team building, a role model for HR professionals and an ambassador of HR team
Qualifications:
? Min 5 years HR experiences with at around 3 years at managerial level as generalist or business partner.
? HR background in multinational corporate and commercial environment is a must.
? Strategic and analytical thinking and project management skills
? Good business acumen - working in commercial function is a plus.
? Strong leadership of resource integration to drive for results according to both short-term and long-term business priorities.
? Bachelor’s Degree or above, subject on Human Resources or related will be a plus.
