Finance Controller – China
Our Client is a global industrial MNC with 20 years of strong presence in China market, including R&D, production, sales and service in various Business units.
We are looking for a Finance Controller (China) for Corporate Finance. The work location is in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
Accounting and financial reporting:
? Manage the monthly financial closing & reporting process to ensure the quality and timeliness for all Grundfos China entities.
? Overall responsibility for statutory audits for all China entities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
? Report and present the consolidated financial performance of China region to Group and China management
? Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for China Region
Internal Control:
? Develop, monitor and ensure compliance of code of conduct and control procedures for key business processes for China region
? Roll out internal control handbook and perform internal control visits to local entities to assess the internal control environment.
? Co-ordination and follow up of internal audits of China entities
? Investigate compliance cases and make process improvement, where applicable.
Tax:
? Conduct overall tax planning and review for the Chinese entities to identify tax savings opportunities
? Review all tax paper, including tax filling and Transfer Pricing documentations.
? Keep track of latest tax regulation developments and provide tax training/updates to local entities finance team & support business projects
Support strategic business projects:
? Provide finance advisory role and drive implementation of strategic business projects.

Qualifications:

? Accounting degree or equivalent
? Knowledge of China GAAP and IFRS, China CPA or ACCA preferred.
? Min 8 years experience in relevant finance field (Financial Advisory Services combined with Multinational enterprise preferred).
? Experience with SAP and strong skills in excel, word, power point.
? Strong communication and influencing skills
? Good business sense and project management and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated leadership to manage high professional staff
