Job Scope
We are seeking experienced (Senior) Technical Support for newly created positions. You will be responsible to support customers as well as our Distributor channel partners in China. You will work in a very dynamic innovative company which develop and produce the newest technology within robots
Responsibilities:
? Technical supporting works to our distributors in China
? Travel to the customer side to solve the technical problems
? Participate in exhibitions and client meetings with Business Development colleagues
? Technical training at both distributors facilities as well as key account customer;
? Setup good relationship with customer;
Qualifications
? BA or MA degree in Automation or Robotic Engineering or electrical engineering or computer science (programming)
? 3 to 10 years experienced from automation (or robotic industry)
? Knowledge of robotic programming is a plus.
? Open mind and vivid;
? Good English (both writing and speaking)
? Extremely energetic and able to handle a large number of tasks at the same time.
? Service-minded and able to communication with customer at professional and accommodating level.
? Teaching function: extrovert and able to pass on knowledge in an easy and comprehensible language
