HR Manager - Shanghai
On behalf of large European Fashion retail group, we are looking for a senior HR Manager– Shanghai based and report directly to the CEO of China (European national).
You will be part of a serious start-up project with a very ambitious 5 years plan for China market!

Key Responsibilities:
? Play a vital role in start-up process, from implementation of policies and procedures, recruitment, talent management and overseeing of worker's welfare to full spectrum of HR functions for business expansion
? Responsible for HR across Greater China
? Responsible for HR components and working closely in a strategic capacity with the Senior Management within each functional area
? Build and manage a highly productive team of HR professionals.
? Handle employee relations and labor laws in China
? Develop People Plan through business needs identification, supporting the design of people processes, development and reward solutions
? Lead regular succession planning and talent management review with functional leaders
? Coach Senior Management team to develop leadership capability, identify future talent, engage teams and manage change effectively
? Support recruitment, selection and induction by providing monitoring progress, compliance and effectiveness, advising on improvements to practices where necessary
? Ensure compliance with relevant policies and employment legislation
? Provide guidance in the management of employee relations issues

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource
? Minimum 10 years HR experience within a highly commercial and fast paced environment.
? Previous start up experience would be an added advantage as is country specific knowledge
? Exceptional knowledge of Chinese labor laws and immigrations, mediation, disciplinary, grievance, maternity and advising
? Experience in working with business leaders to drive and manage change to improve business performance
? Hands-on and business-oriented focus, good at planning and prioritization, Able to deal with conflict and ambiguity
? Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
