Position: Director,China Marketing
Position Profile
? Report to VP, China Sales and Marketing.
? Responsible for the planning, implementation, and operation of the marketing strategy for China regiolnal.
? Responsible for a broad range of marketing activities in a generalist or multi-specialty role.
? Responsibilities may include accounting, tax, reporting, budgets, insurance and credit. (However, match to the given specialty such as tax, audit, credit if one of those areas are more applicable to the incumbents job responsibilities).
? Works closely with China Sales and Product marketing team to ensure that marketing goals are established and achieved.
? Manage new product launch, transition and phase out
? Campaign theme creative and key visuals
? Product media strategy and story feeding
? Consumer promotion (mechanics & tracking)
? Grassroot & Roadshow program design
? Comprehensive & integrated POS POP design
? Budget control , Category P&L ownership
Candidate Profile
? at least 7-8 years working at National level
? Experience to work with global HQ partner or functions
? Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
? Experiences in managing budgets
? Team (+4 member) management experiences
? Media relationship management
? External agency management experiences
? Strong financial acument (or P&L) understanding
? Strong budgeting and annual planning capabilities
? Strong presentation
? Preferably with business degree or MBA
