Job Description:
* Grow North China revenue and achieve sales plan through distribution network.
* Focus on demand creation by proper alignment with BU and distributors to maximize design win in selected market/application.
* define and implement effectively distribution policy to enable distributors to excel in demand creation.
* Work closely with RSM and marketing peers to ensure a seamless customer support coverage, accurate business forecast and sales planning.
Job Specific Requirements:
1. 5 - 10 years sales experience with 3 years distribution management.
2. Track delivering financial and business objectives.
3. Strong sense of business planning, account management.
4. Effective communication and presentation skill to build distribution force internally and externally.
5. Bachelors Degree is required.
