岗位职责：

1.负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
2.负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询。
3.负责收集、整理、归纳市场行情、价格，以及新产品、替代品、客源等信息资料，提出分析报告，为部门业务人员、领导决策提供参考。
4.协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；在销售人员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理。
5.负责客户、顾客的投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理。
6.协助做好部内内务、各种部内会议的记录等工作。
7.逐步推广使用电脑信息系统处理营销资料，妥善保管电脑资料，不泄露销售秘密。
8.完成临时交办的其他任务。
9.协助安排VP的会议及行程。
10.协助处理部门人事行政工作。

岗位要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历；
2、一年左右相关工作经验，2012应届毕业生也可；
3、良的沟通表达能力及协调能力，做事认真，细心，有条理；
4、执行能力强，思维敏捷，具备处理突发事件的能力；
5、具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
6、熟练操作计算机办公软件。
