通过各类渠道开发高端客户，为客户提供理财规划咨询，销售各类理财产品。
通过持续跟进与服务，向客户提供优质的服务及专业指导，为客户不断提供专业的理财咨询与服务。
维护和发展与客户保持长期合作关系，并不断开发新的经营增长机会。
确保销售行为是在公司内/外部法规政策的合规范围内执行。

职位要求 Job Requirements
金融、经济及相关专业本科以上学历，三年以上金融机构个人理财产品的销
具备良好的沟通协调技巧、敏锐快捷的市场反应能力及较强的风险意识。
具有优秀的职业道德和敬业精神，并能承受较大的工作压力。
专业能力突出，对金融理财产品有较深理解，熟悉行业管理的法律、法规和其他相关政策。
有相关理财资格证书如CFP、AFP，CFA、MBA优先。
