Responsibility

1.To lead a team of PM’s to achieve targets and gain profitable market share – Implement and execute marketing strategies, review and analyze market information, reviewing the impact and providing intelligent recommendations to Management.

2.To work with local Sales management, align and focus on target customers and segments – Identify customers, conduct joint visits with Suppliers

3.Improve internal collaboration with different functional departments, improving the overall quality of the Quote Management Process – Ensure support for GBC & alliance customer requirement .

4.People Development – Develop & retain strong ‘A’ players within the team, ensuring that professional growth and personal development is addressed; and developing a strong ‘No. 2’


Requirements

1.A degree in Business, Business Administration, Electronic Engineering or its equivalent,

2.At least 5-8 years sales/marketing experience in Passive/Connector industry, 3 years of which in a supervisory position .

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill. Highly developed people-management skill. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
