Job Responsibilities:
1. Job evaluation
2. Manage our regular C&B programs, such as quarterly bonus metric information, survey data submission, etc.
3. Manage SOA for offers and promotions.
4. Review sales incentives.
5. Analyze comp mix.
6. Review overall compensation gaps.
Requirement:
1. At least 3 years of experience in C&B function.
2. Familiar with job evaluation.
3. Understanding of sales incentive design.
4. Understanding of overall compensation structure design.
5. Experience in consulting firms such as Mercer is preferred.
6. Good English proficiency.
