Our client is a reputable international electrical mechanical contractor across the world. In line with an aggressive expansion plan, they are looking for a qualified Quantity Survey Officer in Hong Kong office to help on contractual and costing issues for their projects.

Responsibilities

You will act as the focal person to deliver full QS and contractual administration services for water related engineering/construction projects. You have to manage all the contractual related issues, including review and evaluation of documents, resolve contractual issues and talk to different parties, prepare tender documents and analysis, and to prepare budget estimation and monitor budgets.

Requirements

To be qualified, you need to be a Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent with min 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to contract management in construction industry a must. You should be mature, analytical, tactful, outgoing, with excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua. You will be required to work a 5 or 5.5-day week with a remuneration package up to $50,000!
