Job Title: Tax Specialist /Accuntant

Location: Beijing


Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for tax clearance process;

- Coordinate with local tax bureaus for documents preparation, submission and follow up;

- In charge of overseas payment for the approval from local tax office;

- Liaise with tax officers for the tax advices and new tax policies;

- Help with prepares vouchers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments and receipts;

- Review aging report; follow up on outstanding items and enquiry from customers

- Assist in month end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports

- Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis and ensure all reconciling items resolved expediently.

- Supporting internal and external audit requirements, including ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments

- Ad hoc work assigned from time to time


Person specification

- Min. 5 years tax and accounting experience in a multinational company

- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in accounting;

- Good command of English and Chinese; able to communicate and do financial forms/entries in English;

- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);

- Be a team player and proactive;

- Willing to work in a fast paced environment;

Terms and Conditions of Employment

Working Hours

Mott MacDonald (Beijing) Limited has a five day working week, Monday to Friday inclusive. Working hours are: 9:00 to 12:00; 13:00 to 18:00

Compensation

Basic salary + Performance pay (based on company profit) + Social security + Supplemental medical

Income tax and individual contribution to social security will be deducted at source and paid by MM (Beijing) Ltd to relevant authorities.

No other allowance will be provided.

Leave

Ten working days per year of paid leave, this will be taken after the completion of the probationary period.
