岗位职责：

1． 通过会计核算和财务管理为公司经营决策提供依据，协助董事总经理制定公司战略，并负责公司财务战略规划的制定；

2． 负责财务部门日常工作，建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；

3． 制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理及预、决算；

4． 对公司项目工程所需要的资金筹措方式进行成本计算，并提供最为经济的筹资方式；

5． 筹集公司运营所需资金，保证公司战略发展的资金需求，审批公司重大资金流向；

6． 协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益；

7． 参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的经营、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据；

8． 负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告，月、季、年度财务报告；

9． 完成上级交给的其他日常事务性工作。

任职资格：

1． 财会、金融、经济、等相关专业本科以上学历，有中级会计师资格证书；

2． 10年以上财务管理或8年同等管理岗位工作经验，有建筑装饰行业管理经验者优先；

3． 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；

4． 具备优秀的统计能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；

5． 熟悉国家金融政策和财税法规，熟悉财务预算、资金运营、结算、审计等流程；

6． 熟练使用财务软件，熟悉税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算；

7． 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能负起预算执行监督责任并定期完成提交财务分析报告；

8． 工作细致，诚信廉洁，勤奋敬业，作风严谨，敬业负责，有良好的职业素养；

9． 具有较强的判断和决策能力、计划与执行能力及较强的工作热情和责任感。
