? Be responsible for appropriate and valid procedures (SOPs) for operation and preventive maintenance of utility, and keep the procedures revised in time. And be sure that preventive maintenance of Utilities is properly performed and documented.
? Be responsible for appropriate stocks of materials and spares for utilities.
? Maintains good relations with local authorities for utilities supply.
? Be responsible for proper training and qualification of staff.
? Be responsible for acquisition and supervision of external services, and be sure it is in compliance with Novartis and local requirement.
? Leads utility projects.
? Provide the professional advice on utility system design to the project engi-neering team and coordinates their tasks throughout all project phases.
? Lead the technical challenge, risk analyses and required activities of qualifi-cation to the approval the technical document is included.
? Guide and supervise utility installation, meanwhile prepare the shop drawing of detailed design for the installation work.
? Be responsible for safety, health and environment protection in responsible utilities.
? Supports safety stop and energy challenges.
? Other works may be assigned by supervisor.

? Others:
1. Carry out any other work as may be allocated by the Works Engineer.
2. Complete the process of obtaining the Fire Prevention Inspection License from the Local Authority.
