职位描述

JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

? To assist Training Mgr to identify training and development needs in the company
- Understand company business goals and people requirement by communicating with key stakeholders.
- Identify training needs through summarizing PMP reports, collecting business data and communication with all stakeholders.
- Complete at least 20-day store attachment per year to better understand business requirement and performance gap.

? To provide all employees with opportunities to learn and grow
- Have professional training and learning knowledge and create learning environment in the company.
- Market training product and service internally by making and sending out monthly/yearly training calendar to all departments.

? To assist Training Mgr to implement training plan
- Organize company product training (all brands).
- Prepare and delivery product training manual.
- Manage Zegna Masters program: update and revise content by season, delivery materials, organize national competition and support the implementation in the shop.
- Organize New Employee Orientation. Train new employees in basic product knowledge / company history / culture / brand / HR policy / selling flow.
- Organize office orientation for new shop manager and other new staff if needed.
- Facilitate Zegna internal training programs.
- Select external training products and trainers to meet company training needs.
- Manage preparation, delivery and follow-up phases of each training workshop.

? To assist Training Mgr to measure and improve the effectiveness of training
- Measure employees’ satisfaction on the training they attend
- Measure employees’ memory of learning one month after they attend the training.
- Measure employees’ behavioural changes two months after they attend the training.
- Make monthly and yearly training report.

? To support Training Mgr and other HR team members in order to make our HR department the best business partner in the company
? To assist Training Mgr to plan and manage training budget effectively
? Be responsible for other training related administrative work

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

? 2-3 years experience working in general human resources or training function
? Retail experience is preferred
? Professional facilitation skill is required
? Proficient in excel, word and powerpoint
? Must have good personal organisation and strong administration skills
? Strong communication skills
? Proficient in English and Chinese translation
? Be able to travel as necessary to deliver training solutions
? A desire to develop career in training industry
