职位描述
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
1. Prepare and input the routine journal entries; input the non routine journal entries with business’ approval and supporting documents.
2. Handle the month-end closing transactions and process; make proper accruals, prepayment and recurring entries so as to ensure the reasonableness of the balance sheet accounts.
3. Maintain GL Master Data (including GL account, cost center, profit center, cost element) in system with approved GL Data Request form.
4. Perform periodic review on the chart of accounts, ensure inactive accounts are deactivated in the system and the COA is up-to-date.
5. Maintain asset master, ensure it is in compliance with corporate policy; process monthly depreciation accurately and timely.
6. Ensure the financial data are submitted on a timely basis and accuracy
7. Follow up and trace the breakdown of key B/S accounts on a monthly basis
8. Performing treasury operations conforming to deadlines and procedures
9. Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Finance Shared Service Manager.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related major with solid background in accounting
2. At least 3 years' accounting experience and with 1+ years of GL accounting experience
3. Good English in writing, proficiency with MS office products especially EXCEL
4. Familiar with SAP system is a must
5. Strong responsibility, team-work spirit and quick-learner
6. Proactive and strong capability to work under pressure
7. SSC experience is preferred
