职位描述
岗位职责：
1、针对新产品完成中试阶段的测试，并输出相关报告；
2、对产品使用的天线、POE等部件进行选型和验证；
3、负责生产技术培训，协助生产工厂确定产品的生产流程；
4、组织并实施样机的验证测试工作、测试计划、测试方案并形成相关报告；
岗位要求：
1、通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机及其相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、在通信行业从事过相关产品的中试工作，熟悉移动通信产品的中试流程，并且有一年以上的相关工作经验；
3、熟悉天线的设计原理和测试方法；
4、熟练掌握常用射频和无线通信用仪表的使用方法，熟练掌握无线通信标准和测试规范；
5、有WIFI相关产品工作经验者优先；
