职位描述
岗位职责：
1、进行基站或无线接入设备等产品的小批量组装、焊接、测试生产；
2、服从领导的工作安排，依照指示进行生产，确保产品的生产进度及产品质量。
3、正确规范的使用各种工具、仪器及设备，做好相关工具设施的日常维护保养工作。
岗位要求：
1、电子通信、计算机或相关专业中专及以上学历；
2、有电子产品知识背景或从事过电子产品组装、维修、测试等相关经验者优先；
3、工作认真、踏实，责任心强，有良好的团队合作能力；
4、沟通能力强，能够积极主动与多方沟通，协调解决问题；
5、学习能力强，能够吃苦耐劳，具有较强的动手能力。
