职位描述
岗位要求：
1,熟悉SMT生产流程，对SMT锡膏印刷及回流炉炉温有所了解，有一定的SMT制程工艺分析能力，对电子元器件基本知识有所了解，对PCB设计能提出合理化建议。
2，有工厂组装经验，能独立完成组装作指导业的制作，对工厂组装安排和产品结构设计不合理之处，能给出自己的建议。
3，沟通协作能力强，能处理好和工厂之间的关系，把公司相关的生产信息及时准确的反馈给工厂，确保项目顺利生产。
4，生产过程中，能合理的处理生产技术支持工作，把生产相关的问题，及时地反映给公司。
5，工作经验3年以上，专科以上学历，有一定的抗压能力，执行力强，不怕吃苦，有外协生产管理者优先。
6,能适应经常出差。
