• Manages a team of inventory staff to achieve inventory efficiency in retail outlets,
• Develops and executes effective merchandising / buying plan, forecasting and budget (OTB),
• Oversees supply chain from ordering to distribution to local retail outlets to achieve healthy stock control, movement and inventory levels,
• Analyzes & sets minimum and maximum quantity to be distributed to retail outlets using Retail Pro Software – Inventory Module Management,
• Generates and analyze relevant reports to support accurate stocks distribution and identifying slow moving and top sellable items,
• Manages replacement, replenishment and consolidation of stocks in the retail outlets,
• Develops and manages supply chain strategies and policies including inventory management – stock turn, stock holding, aging stock etc, space management, shipment and delivery planning, financial analysis etc,
• Monitors sales and recommend strategies to optimize business performance,
• Manages launching of products,
• Negotiates and manages factories including MOQ, costing, budgeting etc,
• Conducts product and market analysis on current trends and competitors’ action,
• Works with operations teams for Inventory Management, stock taking, audit and control etc.
  
  

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, Retail Management, Economics or its equivalent
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and managerial position
• Preferably with knowledge of Retail Pro Software – Inventory Module Management
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in regional merchandising in retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bilingual, analytical with an eye for details
