Our Client is a international property fund firm and due to its expanding project pipeline in China, they are seeking an hands on Project Manager for their China projects. You are required to station in Shanghai, China.

Report to Project Director, you will be in charge of the large-scale commercial projects in China and lead the project team to oversee the projects including design, tendering, preparation and control of annual budget, monitoring project programme and quality control, application of all licenses and permits.

To apply this position you should have a degree in Architectural Civil Engineering, E&M, and other related degree with at least 8 years relevant experience in property development in China. You must be result-oriented, confident and excellent technical understanding with strong business acumen. You must be fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is a must.
