Our client, is one of the top developers in China with the projects in Retail, Shopping Mall, commercial buildings and luxury residential. They are currently looking for a Senior/ Project Manager to monitor one of their commercial projects in China. This position will be stationed in Beijing/ Shanghai.
As a Senior/ Project Manager, you will direct report to the Project Director, assist the director to work closely with the consultancy companies, design institutes, as well as the contractor's communication and coordination relationships; you will need to monitor and review the development, design, project management, and construction to ensure the projects are completed on time, at the specified quality standard and within the budgeted cost. This position required you to have substantial experience in the large-scale project development, a significant portion of this recent experience will be in the commercial sector in management position.
To apply this role, you will need to hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or construction related background with at least 10 years experiences with a proven track record in China especially in management of large scale projects. To be a successfully candidate, you must be strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong capability to response to unexpected situation. This position requires to station in Beijing/ Shanghai.
