职位描述
岗位职责：
1、全面负责所在省级物流事业部营运体系的规划、建立、执行和监控；
2、建立健全物流事业部运作规范。
3、参与集团公司物流战略规划的规定，为重大决策提供建议和信息支持；
4、策划推荐及组织协调各项目物流事业团队重大运营计划，完成市场发展跟踪及策略调整；
5、与集团各职能部门、事业部业务部门、分子公司保持良好的沟通，完成省级项目事业部间的有效调整。
6、负责物流事业部运营队伍的建设、培训、培育及管理指导，发展并提升物流事业部管理能力。
任职要求：
1、年龄30-45岁，全日制专科或以上学历；
2、知名国内物流企业在当地机构的主要负责人，具有物流项目资源；
3、丰富的物流项目运作管理和供应链管理的成功经验，善于整合物流资源；
4、精通物流管理流程，对配对流程、库存管理、盘点流程等有很好的理解；
5、具有基本的财务管理知识，良好的团队管理能力、沟通协调能力、流程创新能力，良好的文字及语言表达能力；
6、责任心强，工作态度积极乐观，能承受一定的工作压力。
