职位描述
Roles & Responsibility:
- Analyze sales performance; develop action plans and programs to improve sales force effectiveness/efficiency, in support to sales managers.
- Manage the TBP and KAP process, ensuring optimal and timely preparation and flawless execution of plans.
- Monitor activity execution and ROI by rep, by account, by territory, by region and nationwide.
- Report productivity to management team and sales management team and action plans.
- Enhance impact of ETMS and functionality to monitor sales productivity.
- Support the design and reporting of sales incentive schemes for sales organizations.
- Calculating the sales quarterly bonus and analysis report.
- Set up the performance tracking system.
- As bridge between HR and business units. To provide consultation to business unit on the related matters.
- Responsible for the development of competency model of all levels in Sales team to meet sales force operational plans.
Requirement:
- University degree is must. With at least two-three years in carrying out SFE industry. Prefer to come from Pharmacy company.
- Experience in Sales force effectiveness. Experience in sales and sales operations management preferred.
- Having good understanding in Organization Development, Performance Management and people development will be plus.
- Exposed to competency analysis previously.
- Capable of delivering related program.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to translate data and findings into impactful programs that can drive increases in sales force effectiveness/efficiency.
- Experience with key account management business preferred
- Experience with ETMS system
- Proficient in PC application, Strong Excel skill is necessary
- Good communication and team work
- Proficient in reading and speaking English is necessary
