Essential Job Functions
Be clear on order status and gap of each BU to China achieve sales target
Allocate order appropriate, push customer payment and release order with approval
Communicate with distributor to set up the close working relationship
Communicate with sales team to understand sales and marketing status
Handle customer complaints/claims with feedback to reach high level customer service
Train sales team and distributor on order related SOP to smooth order processing
Work with internal and external team to handle urgent shipment properly
Continue to ensure SAP operation on time and correct

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

? Bachelor degree in BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a directly relevant discipline
? Excellent demonstrable inter-personal skills, ability to collaborate in Teams and to work independently with extreme self-initiative and influencing skills
? Strong ability to deal with complex and stressful situations, such as internal and external complaints
? High proficiency in both oral and written Mandarin and English
? Minimum 3 years’ experience of customer service function in MNC
? Data acumen with excellent analytical skills with ERP system; SAP an added advantage
? Familiar with government regulation about medical device
