岗位职责:
? Sales performance:
销售工作
? In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan
根据公司的产品策略和目标及指定的周期或年度目标,开发适用于本地区或区域的策略,并将其转化为具体的工作方案
? Drive reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action planwith allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy.
根据所分配的资源以及公司的推广方针和公司政策,实施地区工作计划,制定并推动销售队伍完成或超越周期或年度销售目标。
? Reports planning, collecting and follow up; Budget planning and controlling.
各类报告的计划,收集更改及执行跟进;预算计划及把控。
? Regular meeting of the district and visiting Key Customers.
地区周期会议的组织及大客户定期拜访
? Team Management:
团队管理
? Monitor, motivate and coach sales reps team
监督,激励以及培训指导销售代表的工作
? Follow up / manage district sales & Reps sales performance
跟踪/管理地区销售工作以及销售代表的销售业绩
任职要求:
? College degree or above in medicine or related field
医学或相关行业大学本科或以上学历。
? Good record in profession.
良好的从业记录。
? At least 1 year experience in a similar position and 3 year experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably in joint venture pharmaceutical industry.
医药行业至少三年以上,同等职位至少一年以上的工作经验,合资制药行业最佳。
? Good computer skill for Excel, Word and PowerPoint. English reading is a must.
熟练使用Excel, Word及PowerPoint,必须具备英语阅读能力
? Good competence in Customer Service, Planning, Selling& Organization
良好的客户服务、规划,销售和管理能力
? Motivation & Develop Others, Good interpersonal skills
善于激励和促进团队成员发展, 良好的人员关系协调能力
