职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责制定业务部门发展规划和年度计划并组织实施
2.负责制定业务部门产品设计，业务管理制度，业务操作流程并确保贯彻
3.带领团队参与融资租赁业务的市场扩展，组织实施项目方案，完成公司设定的业务规模及利润指标，并对项目进行风险控制
4.落实业务部门考核指标的分解
5.负责团队的建设，包括下属的培训，培养计划，指导工作等
6.建立并保持与合作伙伴，相关部门和潜在客户的良好业务关系
任职资格的具体描述：
1.年龄35-45岁，本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上融资租赁从业经历，2年以上中层管理经验
3.熟悉银行融资租赁业务流程，能及时高效的完成融资计划和融资目标，曾有大中型项目融资成功案例
4.具有独立运作各种融资业务的能力和渠道
5.有较强的财务分析基础，对资金的预算，监控，安全及调度有实践经验。
