岗位职责
? 负责技术学院培训资源的管理，包括培训需求分析、讲师管理、培训数据/信息的整合与梳理等；
? 负责技术学院培训项目的实施、监督、评估、推广与宣贯；
? 参与技术学院培训体系的构建、完善与优化，包括新员工培训计划、技术主管基础管理培训计划，技术部员工中长期培训发展规划的制订、部门培训管理制度的制订、培训方案的制订等；
? 根据公司职级体系和学习地图框架，参与完善技术部技术路线的学习地图建设，并进行推广与宣贯。

任职要求
? 本科及以上学历，IT专业背景优先
? 5年以上工作经验，3年以上培训管理工作经验
? 积极主动、结果导向
? 较强的沟通、协调以及组织能力
? 较强的问题解决能力
? 较强的计划及执行能力
? 具备一定的数据统计知识
? 熟练使用PPT、EXCEL等Office办公软件
