职位描述

Requirement Education/Training :
? Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上学历
? Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred
医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳

Work Experience :
? Preferably with about 4 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry. At least 1 year team management experience
4年左右医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验,至少1年的团队管理经验
? Good knowledge of pharmacy market context
熟悉医药行业市场环境

Duties
and
Responsibilities Main Duties:
? Manage key accounts (mother clinic and branches) – with sales responsibility
重点客户的管理
? Represent the company in key accounts and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
负责公司重点客户的销售工作及关系维护
? Work in a matrix organization with Regional Sales Managers and Sales representatives and Marketing and Medical
与销售部,市场部及医学等部门紧密合作,确保工作顺利进行
? Build and implement Key Account Management (KAM) plans in cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Medical
与销售部,市场部及医学部一起制定并实施重点客户销售计划
? Negotiate with key accounts’ stakeholders on volumes and prices; generate business deals
与重点客户的谈判
? Review activities execution and monitor return on investments
各类销售活动的总结及账款的回收
? Deliver training programs and brand presentations in key accounts
对大客户进行产品知识等各类介绍及培训
