Responsibility:

l Review time sheets, work charts, salary computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

l Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.

l Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.

l Compute salaries and deductions, and enter data into computers.

l Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.

l Process and issue statements of earnings and deductions.

l Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.

l Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.

l Distribute and collect timecards each pay period.

l Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.

Requirements:

l HR, Finance or Business related Bachelor degree or above.

l More than 2 years experience in multinational companies is preferred.

l Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

l Comment sense of fashion retail industry is preferable.

l High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications.

l Knowledge of labor market bench mark.
