职位描述

Responsibilities:

Manage and Co-ordinate overseas & local shop-fitting projects for retail outlets

Prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawing to main contractor and architect

Work with interior designers for designing and implementation of new retail outlets' setup or renovation of existing retail outlets

Prepare and submit plan in compliance with the authorities which involves both local and overseas regulations for setup and renovation of retail outlets

Attend site meeting prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation

To plan and monitor delivery schedule

Liaise and coordinating with related parties (e.g.: contractors, suppliers, business partners etc) on shop fitting progress

To perform QC check and proper handover upon completion of project

To ensure meeting dateline for completion

To advise Accounts Department on progressive billing.

Requirements:

Diploma in Building or equivalent;

Familiar with Architectural Drawings

Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferred;

Good negotiation, coordination and project management skills

Proactive & meticulous
