Main Responsibilities:

- Deal with daily calls and visitors; arrange meeting rooms and relevant schedules.
- Handle in-out mails, dispatches letters/ fax, magazines, newspapers.
- Manage Visa / work permit application and renewal for expatriate in Beijing office.
- Manage office suppliers for service and maintenance, organize and track the usage of office supplies and stationery.
- Responsible for office transportation arrangement and tickets and hotels booking.
- Assistant on other related office administration affairs.
- Interface between Star and the company as the primary contact for new employee check-in, personnel file transfer, medical reimbursement and other personnel related process

Requirements:

- College degree or above, related working experience in multinational companies or hotels is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, willing to work under pressure.
- Good at both written & oral English and Mandarin, Proficient in the use of computer programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and internal "clients" at once.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work at all times, including high priority, and pressure situations.
- Hard working, good team spirit.
