Global Job purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the global job)

The position is located in Bayer (China) Limited which provides accounting service to China (Great China) entities. Implement the best practice in SCS and ensure that standards of Bayer group as well as the relevant local regulations are implemented and fulfilled in a harmonized way at all affiliates in China. Act in a key expert role by providing knowledge; hand on support and development solutions to enabling first-class process efficiencies.

Geographical scope

Major tasks and responsibilities:

1) To provide project support in SCS includes:

To clarify the requirements with requestors and make pre-analysis before project kick-off

To perform risk analysis for possible solutions and consult professional opinion

To coordinate with cross-functional parties (e.g. CA, BP, BBS) to define the solutions and make out appropriate project plan

To timely monitor the project status and report to project steering committee

To complete the project documentation during hyper care period

Network / interfaces: Accounting platform (Central accounting & Business partner), SSO (Front office/Global office), ICS Manager/Contact, internal and external audit, Group platform functions (Procurement, O&I), business functions (Controlling, Engineering, Plant and Site Management, Cost center responsible, Marketing & Sales)

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences)

Education:

A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences

Above 3 years accounting experience is requested and SSC related experience will be a plus

Good IT knowledge, especially FA related SAP modules, and Bayer internal tools/systems

Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral

Stress handling be able to work under pressure

Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
