Purpose of the Job:
Managing HR process consulting and leading consulting teams
- Providing excellent consulting & management services to sustainably improve HR processes, combining the knowledge of all HR areas (in close cooperation with local and global organization)
- Train and Coach Process Consultants in the team with regards to consulting, project management, and leadership
- Conceptual and strategic focus on HR Processes & organization
- Fast decision making
Reach:
Country managers in Process Improvement focus on country and/or regional topics while seeking strong alignment with global organization
Key topics / focus areas of work:
- Accountable to manage ?Process Improvement“ within HR//Services and the entire HR community as a Principal Consultant & Manager
- Manage consulting services; train and coach consultants; mastering the methodologies
- Stakeholder management & partnership building
- Manage excellent consulting services to the partners within the HR Community
- Responsibility for the consistency, quality and integrity of the functional part within the HR processes (i.e. Training, Recruiting, Talent Management, Deployment & Relocation, etc.)
- Process optimization along the entire HR value chain regarding harmonization, standardization, effectiveness and efficiency
- Holistic reengineering of HR functions and processes in alignment with our HR organizational structure and HR operating model
- Designing customer orientated HR processes in alignment with our HR organizational structure and HR Service Model
- Fast decision making & freedom to act
- Excellent Leadership Skills also in difficult and/or new situations required
- Finding solutions and developing concepts in a complex organization in new situations, also under pressure
Main objective
Essentially important to have efficient, harmonized, standardized and effective HR processes. Actually: Reduce cost (e.g. by de-complexing) for the whole enterprise to make sure that managers and employees have less time to invest in HR Processes. Improve usability and functionality of HR processes with strong focus on customers.
Qualifications
- Business degree or equivalent education (Master helpful)
- Several years of relevant work experience including deep knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent Skills in HR Processes (re-) design and consulting in general
- International focus and cultural understanding
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient technical understanding of SAP HCM are expected
- Manage partners, customers and stakeholders
- Excellent networking skills
- Service orientated approach
- Excellent MS Office skills - especially PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, spoken and written; further language skills are appreciated
